0.6.5 released -- add support for most SQL data types

supported SQL data types are now: VARCHAR, BIGINT, DATE, CHAR, TIME, INT, DECIMAL, DOUBLE, REAL, TIMESTAMP, BOOLEAN, TINYINT, SMALLINT
